Tech Byte: Green/ Freezing Camera Troubleshooting Open the Chrome browser. Tap on the three vertical dots icon at the top right corner Open the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Advanced. Scroll down and search for Use hardware acceleration where available and disable this feature. Hit Relaunch
